Guy Mullin-Henderson

James is the Founder and Managing Director of Denning Advisory. He has over 27 years of financial services experience, starting his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, focused on Transaction Services


Over 23 years of investment banking experience at Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, Houlihan Lokey, and Stifel, specialising within the Business Services & Industrials sectors across a broad range of buyside, sellside, debt and equity raising assignments


Has executed public M&A (buyside and defence) as well as private M&A for clients across EMEA, North America and Asia, working on over £45bn of transactions to date

Guy Mullin-Henderson

Guy is a Senior Advisor at Denning Advisory with over 40 years of investment banking experience in the Business Services and Industrials sectors. 


Guy started his career at Baring Brothers, before going on to become the European Head of Business Services at N.M. Rothschild. Latterly was European Head of Business Services at RBC Capital Markets and a Senior Advisor at Houlihan Lokey and Stifel.


Guy has extensive buyside and sellside experience, including both public and private markets and cross-border M&A
